Phillips Healthcare Services Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of Phillips Pharmaceuticals Limited. Phillips Healthcare Services Ltd was established to offer focused and specialized services to donor funded projects. It provides excellence in forecasting and quantification, procurement, warehousing and order management processes. Phillips Healthcare Services Ltd is currently the procurement and warehousing Sub contractor for the multi year USAID funded Kenya Pharma project providing a foundation on which the project will expand to meet its set goals over the life of the project.
Other Services to the health sector include governmental (MOMS & MOPHS-NASCOP) nongovernmental organizations including the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), Catholic Relief Services – AIDSRelief projects in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria and Zambia as well as other PEPFAR implementing partners.

The Senior Management of the Phillips Pharmaceuticals Group is comprised of highly experienced Professionals with over three decades of experience in pharmaceutical and related businesses. Through such partnerships, Phillips Group of companies was successful in initiating the HIV/AIDS Access Program in Kenya in 1999 and has since then assisted various donor organizations such as MEDS/USAID, CRS, Clinton Foundation, FHI, & EDARP in procurement and supplies of ARV’s to their various programs within and outside of Kenya.

Phillips Healthcare Services Ltd’s operations focus on health commodity forecasting and quantification, procurement processes, importation (including acquisition of required waivers),clearing and forwarding, warehousing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, order management, customer service, distribution and logistics management as well as support/ administrative services that ensure that all these processes are well coordinated.
The Management has also invested substantial resources in modern warehousing facilities, information technology, communication and an efficient distribution system that ensures that customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Working with many American and European partners requires strict adherence to global compliance standards. The Management, in conjunction with our Partners, has taken the initiative to train these Personnel on compliance issues, and further committed to the strict adherence to these standards.
